As a Dualtone customer, you will be assigned a dedicated engineer who will be tasked with proactively monitoring your system and responding to your queries in a timely fashion. Whether it's adding a new extension, changing the members of a ring group or responding to a support issue, we'll be on hand to help you every step of the way.
We scale the resources allocated to your system as and when your business grows. We never load our servers over 25% capactiy, so rest assured you will never hit any performance bottlenecks when using the Dualtone platform.
We only select the most direct routes for our voice traffic to reach the PSTN network, therefore ensuring we always offer the best quality whilst still being able to provide exceptionally low prices to our customers.
At Dualtone we believe the quality of our service alone should be enough to keep customers coming back and as such, we don't tie our customers into long term contracts. Our VoIP platform is provided on a monthly rolling contract and can be cancelled with just 30 days notice.
